Returns Policy

Obviously my hope is that you are always pleased with any purchase from Love Poppet, but sometimes this isn't the case.

If there is a reason you need to return/exchange a kit or pattern then you can do so within 28 days of receiving it. First, get in touch and let me know what the issue is.
If it's something I can fix, I will do my upmost to do so.

For a return or an exchange I will need the original purchase back unused, undamaged and in it's original packaging for me to inspect it's condition - and then I will refund the original purchase price once I have received it back.
