I am so excited to release this design, it's my first ever collaboration with the Jane Austen Centre and have loved stitching this one up.

This year is the 250th anniversary of Jane Austen's birth, and I'm so pleased to have created a design to mark the occasion. I am a massive fan of her books, and have read them several times over the years.

Kit option contains:
• A counted cross stitch pattern in both colour and b/w
• A choice of Zweigart fabric in either 16ct Aida, or 32ct Evenweave (cream/ivory)
• DMC threads in 19 colours
• Cross-stitch needle
• 'Tips and Tricks' leaflet

Dimensions:
• Stitch count 145 tall x 108 wide (portrait)
6,183 total cross stitches

Approx:
14/28 count: 10 1/2" x 7 3/4" (26.5cm x 19.5cm)
16/32 count: 9” x 6 3/4” (23cm x 17cm)

Fabulous Kit

I was over the moon, when this fabulous kit arrived a few days earlier than expected, as I’d just finished a project (super thanks Claire).

The kit is first class quality. Purchased the evenweave option, and I was amazed to find the fabric was edged to prevent fraying. I’ve never known that before from any cross stitch company.

DMC threads are all organised, with the cross stitch symbols printed on the colourful organisers ~ another new first for me!

This is my first purchase from Love Poppet, and I doubt it will be my last. I’m a huge fan of the book, and can’t wait to get stitching this weekend. Seriously, thanks Claire for a wonderful design.
